Hoisin Sauce:

4 Tbls. Soy Sauce
2 Tbls. Peanut Butter
1 Tbls. Honey(or sugar)
2 Tbls. White Vinegar
1/8 tsp. Garlic Powder
2 tsp. Sesame Oil
20 drops of Chinese Hot Sauce
1/8 tsp. Black Pepper
Mix Well. For lo mein add a little water(or vegetable stock), top lo mein with desired amount of Soy Sauce.
